If you
pay by credit card using the secure online order form, your license code is instantly
emailed to you (E-mail address is required). Otherwise, you can order High Criteria
products by phone, or mail us a check and have your registration code mailed to
you.
Please double check your E-mail address when filling out the form because your registration
code will be sent to this address.
If you or your ISP is using E-mail filtering software, we cannot guarantee that
our E-mail will not be considered spam. To alleviate this problem you can temporarily

trusted list of addresses. If you have not received your key within 15 minutes of

uses another payment processing company called ShareIt. ShareIt has offices in both
Europe and the U.S. It can process some credit card payments that may be rejected
by Internet Secure or other credit card processors, and it offers payments in a
number of currencies including Euros and U.S. dollars. You may also purchase multiple
licenses using the Alternate Currencies link.

High Criteria wants to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Please
download the unregistered no-cost evaluation version of
the software in which you are interested and determine if it addresses your requirements
prior to making a purchase. Please be aware that High Criteria does not provide
refunds on purchases of its software.
New versions of High Criteria products are available to purchasers of previous versions
free of charge.
Existing customers may
download and install the new version, however each V6.0 edition
(Standard, Professional, and Developer) requires a new registration key.
Your previous registration key will not work with V6.0 and above.
You can obtain a V6.0 registration key using the
self-service registration key management system. This system
identifies you by an E-mail address under which you originally purchased the product.
If this E-mail address is no longer valid, then you should E-mail High Criteria
at support@highcriteria.com and request
a new key. Specify the registration name, E-mail address you used when you first
registered, and your new E-mail address.
